Refund & Return Policy

At Altra Enterprise, we strive to deliver high-quality stainless steel and industrial materials. Our products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that rare situations may require a return or refund.

🔁 Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The material received is incorrect (wrong grade or size),
    • Or damaged during transit (with photographic evidence at the time of delivery).
  • The buyer must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused and in original condition.

💸 Refund Policy:

  • If a return is approved:
    • A replacement will be sent (preferred), or
    • A credit note/refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
  • No refund will be processed for:
    • Delays caused by transport or natural causes,
    • Orders placed with special customization or cutting.

🚚 Freight Responsibility:

If the return is due to customer error, the freight will be borne by the buyer.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return freight.
